Fitness Friday is back!

Join us every Friday morning in July for a free yoga session with Chantal. Fitness Friday is a great way to meet our mom community. Enjoy the mental and physical health benefits of doing yoga with your littles!

Dates: July 7, 14, 21 and 28

Sessions start at 10:30AM

Please bring a yoga mat.

Chantal is a pre- and post-natal yoga instruction with Chantal Eder Yoga. Yoga will take place at The Fourth in Southgate Centre. No registration required. Drop-in.

 

Babies and kids are welcome to join! We have a LEGO table, sensory bins, and colouring sheets to keep littles busy.

Chantal is a mom of two and a childbirth educator with Birth Smarter. She was most recently a guest speaker at our moms group Coffee & Convos.

FAQ

Do I need to pay?

No! This is a free event.

Can I bring my kids?

Yes! Kids are babies are welcome to join.

We have a LEGO table for them to play. Please ask our staff if you'd like a play mat, sensory bins, and colouring sheets for your littles.

I'm a mom with older kids, can I come without my kids?

Yes! Everyone is welcome to join us.

Will I be able to do yoga if I'm pregnant?

Yes, you can still do yoga with us.

Where is The Fourth?

The Fourth is on the second level of Southgate Centre in Edmonton, Canada.

Reserved Family Parking spots. Park outside The Fourth! Drive up the ramp by TD Bank and turn left at the top. You'll see Reserved Family Parking spots to your right. Enter through the main entrance mall doors and you'll find The Fourth.

From inside Southgate Centre, take the stairs or elevator by the LEGO store and Guest Services.
