Mindfulness for Fertility
If you are dealing with challenging emotions because you are struggling to conceive or you are pregnant after struggling to create a healthy pregnancy, you are not alone.
Mindfulness for Fertility programs are online, 8-week, evidence based, experiential programs following the famous Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) curriculum.
