Postpartum Strength Class with Connect Physiotherapy & Exercise starts May 26th. Every Tuesday and Thursday 1:30PM-2:30PM for a supportive, small group strength program designed specifically to return to exercise safely and confidently. Call the clinic to secure your spot.
Fresh Air Tuesdays with Edmonton Moms Club is meeting on May 26th at 10AM in the Mill Creek Ravine Parking lot 8311 96 Street. Bring a coffee, get some exercise and meet moms.

Free Programs
Edmonton Public Library has many free programs like Baby Laptime, Family Storytime and Sing, Sign, Laugh and Learn!
Strathcona Play Group has free weekly playgroups on Mondays 12PM-2PM.
Alberta Parenting has a list of free drop-in programs in Spruce Grove, Stony Plain and Parkland County.
More Programs
Family Futures has many programs like Baby and Toddler Playtime, Baby Sign & Sensory, Books for Babies, Coffee & Playtime, Daddy & Me Playtime. Programs include free and paid groups as well as some drop in programs.
Jasper Place Family Resource Centre is a non-profit in west Edmonton with programs like Postpartum Support Groups, Baby & You, Bonding Together, Infant Massage, Come Play with Me, Stay N' Play, Kids & Dads Growing Together and Baby Sing & Sensory. They also have in-partnership programs like Story Sprouts, Intergenerational Do-Re-Mi ABC and Pajama Time Rhymes That Bind. Programs include free and paid groups as well as some drop in programs.
